All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks as our items are made-to-order. Rush processing is available for an additional fee ($75 and up). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to add rush processing.
Route Shipping Insurance is recommended for purchases over $75.
You’ll receive an email once your order has been processed and shipped. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. House of L’urre ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. No shipping to P.O. Boxes. Shipping address must match address associated with your credit card.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. House of L’urre is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). House of L’urre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
We will provide a DHL tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact DHL and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued.
We charge sales tax as applicable by state law and is based on the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Sales tax will be added to the total order and to shipping and handling charges where required.
